Private Events

We are honored to be considered for your private event! This page will help determine if we’ll be a good fit for you & your event.

General Info

15 person minimum. 32 person maximum. 20-24 table seating + couches/cocktail tables.

Children under 12 are not required to be on the guest count unless ordering their own food + drink.

Events should be booked a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.

20% deposit required with contract. Deposit amount subtracted from total due prior to event.

Deposit refundable up until 1 week prior to event.

Event host will be charged for full guest count’s food and drinks.

Decorations allowed as long as set up & clean up during booked hours. (No nails/push pins/candles)

Event host can either use tea house music or provide Spotify playlist.

***Note: If host wishes to have guests pay individually this can be arranged but will still require food to be pre-ordered. Host will be responsible for unpaid plates.

Staff:

Includes Annie’s Tea House full staff & regular service: ex. pick-up at counter, self serve areas etc. Includes assistance cleaning up but party host is responsible for set up.

Day & Time

Time Slots booked should include party set up and clean up time. Tea House will be closed to the public during this time.

This charge covers closing the shop for a private event &/or the extra prep and staffing required to cater large parties.

Meals:

$15.50-$18.50 Per Person (varies based on protein choices)

Outside catering is not permitted with the exception of dessert. Limited fridge storage available.

Host will create a set menu, and guest choices should be submitted 5 days prior to event.

Allergies should also be submitted and may or not be accommodated.

Meals will be served in Annie’s Tea House standard To-Go boxes.

Disposable dinnerware provided by party host can also be used if discussed.

All meals include broccoli, zucchini & onions,

and are served with yum yum sauce.

Handcrafted drinks will be ordered at the register with provided “complimentary drink’ cards - 1 per person. Additional drinks can be purchased at regular price separately.

Photographer: Starting at $190

As well as being Annie’s Tea House’s owner, I am also a photographer and can provide discounted photography services as an add on to your package! Photography services are discounted as both a thank you for booking our space, and because I will not be available the entirety of your booking as I will also be helping prepare your guests meals and drinks. Pricing varies depending on hours venue is booked.

Your digital gallery will include:

50-150 edited and retouched images

High resolution JPG downloads

Delivery within 3-4 weeks

Boba Ice-Cream: $5 each

Can be pre-paid or ordered in store :)
